Built in a Queen Anne Victorian style, this destination features architectural accents such as a copper-roofed turret and a wraparound porch. Outside, there are lush victorian gardens to explore, spread across three-fourths of an acre. Originally, Hummingbird Inn was established in 1887 in the style of the time. It was fully restored in 2006, complete with modern amenities like plumbing and electrical installations. Comfort is ensured with the property’s endless hot water supply and its geothermal heating and air conditioning. With plenty of areas to take timeless, beautiful photos, Hummingbird Inn can be any couple’s ideal wedding venue.
Facilities and Capacity
Many different types of celebrations can be held at Hummingbird Inn. These may range from wedding, receptions, special events, baby showers, to private parties. Able to accommodate both indoor and outdoor events, this destination is spacious and flexible. Events can also be held over several consecutive days, should clients wish to have an extended occasion. Up to 150 people can attend a celebration at Hummingbird Inn, and 16 guests can stay overnight in the Inn’s 6 Guest Rooms. Elsewhere, guests can enjoy the Parlour and Guest Dining Room spaces. These common spaces are home to a gorgeous fireplace and an antique grand piano. There are many fun amenities available at the inn, including cards and board games. For those looking for a comfortable place to socialize, there are plenty of seating areas where groups can get cozy and chat.

Hummingbird Inn is pleased to offer couples a chance to work with their partnered ordained Universal Life Church minister. There is also an on-site coordinator who can help organize an occasion and run a couple’s event. Ensuring that everything goes as planned, the staff at Hummingbird Inn will work hard to bring a couple’s dream-come-true wedding to life. The venue has several preferred vendors that they can recommend for entertainment, and there is also a Bose sound system integrated throughout the premises.
