My goal as a therapist is to help clients identify their individual values – anything that will help a client feel a sense of purpose or meaning in their life – work through any obstacles that they are experiencing – both internal and external – and take steps towards those values. I bring my professional and personal background (as an Autistic, transgender woman) to my work with Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals, activists, artists, lawyers and teachers. I am licensed in New York.
As a person-centered therapist I try to create a space where you can be unapologetically yourself. I provide compassionate and affirming support to individuals navigating the complexities of life, including dealing with depression and anxiety, navigating significant life transitions, exploring gender identity and sexuality, and navigating life as a neurodivergent person.
My Feminist Therapy approach is rooted in understanding, respect, and empowerment. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths and cultivate a sense of authenticity and self-acceptance. Working from a perspective of cultural humility and drawing from evidence-based practices, I tailor therapy to meet your specific needs and goals. I commit to providing you with the support you need to thrive in all aspects of your life.
I currently offer remote sessions, with available sessions from Tuesday to Saturday.
